Why Should We Be a Member?

As you would agree, like any other organisation, TSA is also nothing but a name without its members. What makes TSA strong are the number and participation of its members as well as the bond between the group. Our member number is a valuable asset to our organization since it enables us to be taken more seriously when we make a demand from the University. Without the participation of our members we can neither organize any events nor we can enjoy them. Finally, the strength of our bond makes it possible to obtain long term support and happiness in our group.

Here we can summarize the advantages of becoming a TSA member in a few bulletpoints:

• Despite the boring social life in Purdue, you can organize or attend to fun events
• Especially newcomers will go through the transition period easier
• You can extend your professional and academic network, get tips and tricks for courses

Membership Card

The membership dues for 2013-2014 academic year is determined to be 15$. Dues are an importnt income of our club and will be returned to you in form of tea, coffee and picnics :). We hope you will agree that this payment is done only once a year and you will help our club this way.

In order to increase our member number, we would like to try something new this year. Instead of paying 15$, you can volunteer for at least two events in coming Fall and Spring terms to obtain a membership. The memberships we will give out in this manner will be limited though. You can pick two events to volunteer from the list below and send us a mail to reserve your spot ;)
