How We Lead

Leadership image

Leadership is the second of Circle K International's three tenets and is crucial to the continued success of our club. Purdue University Circle K offers various leadership positions within the club. Officers are elected in the spring semester, and begin their terms on April 1st of the year they are elected. Once the new officers have begun their term, members may apply for chairmanship of various committees. Elected officers then select from amongst the applicants based on their qualifications, ideas for their committee, dedication and reliability. A term for both officers and committee chairs last from April 1st of the year they are elected or selected to March 31st of the following year. However, leadership means more than just having a title. Each and every one of our members is the kind of person who takes action when needed, and leads the way forward through their service and dedication to others. Acting as a member of Purdue Circle K means stepping up to meet challenges and achieving the goals of our club.
