If you are having difficulty accessing the anonymous Email form because your browser returns a "Permission Denied" or "Forbidden" error, it is probably because you are attempting to access this form from outside of the Purdue network.
You can access this form from outside of the Purdue network by using a VPN ("Virtual Private Network") over the Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) into the Purdue network. All students and staff with Purdue career accounts can use the VPN system set up by ITaP. However, to do this, you may need to install and/or configure sofware on the computer you are using. Instructions are provided by ITaP on how to set up your computer with VPN.
