Purdue Dairy Club Events:

Purdue Boilermaker Heifer Sale - April 26, 2008                                                                                                  **Talk to friends and neighbors about consigning an animal to the sale!  Your help is essential for the success of the 6th annual Boilermaker Heifer Sale.

Members of the club are gathering at the Machine Shed starting Tuesday at 8:00 am to setup for the sale.   Members are needed at the machine shed Tuesday through Saturday.  Wednesday the club will be setting up starting at 3:00 pm.  There will be a meeting held around 7:30 pm at the Machine Shed to debrief about the remainder of the week.  Animals will be arriving Thursday morning.  Thursday evening members will wash and clip all of the cattle.  Another meeting will be held on Friday evening.  Steve is providing Subway for members who come to help the club on Friday.  The sale is a very large commitment, come support the Purdue Dairy Club at the Machine Shed this week!  Contact Craig to sign up for the fun events of the sale!                                                                                                      

 

 

****If you attended ADSA the club paid for the majority of your fees.  Please volunteer you time with spring activities to ensure that you and future Dairy Club members may attend ADSA and other fun activities next year.
