Beading is a global craft with roots in every part of the world. Von’s Beads offers the midwest’s largest selection of beads -- from old African trade beads to modern Japanese delicas, from Czech crystal to Italian millefiore, from carved bone beads from India to natural stone beads from Hong Kong. Sterling silver beads come from India, Bali, and Turkey.
Von’s Gifts offers an eclectic selection of products imported from around the world. Hand carved wooden boxes from Poland sit side by side with onyx boxes from Pakistan, Egyptian inlaid work and Siberian birch bark boxes. Peruvian pottery, stone carved animals from India and mounted butterflies from South America and from South-East Asia are all available at Von’s Gifts. The incense selection includes scents from India and Japan, as well as what is made here. Sterling silver and semi-precious stone jewelry comes from India, Indonesia, Bali, and Turkey.
