- No chain or prong training collars will be permitted. Objectionable equipment must be removed at the request of the instructor.
- Unmanageable or vicious dogs shall not be permitted in practices offered by CDOG as outlined in the Aggressive Dog Policy. Owners will be held liable for damages or injuries caused by their dog.
- A special area will be allowed for visitors and spectators. Dogs not belonging to CDOG members or those dogs without current health papers on file with the Health Officer (if unavailable, the President) will not be permitted in the training area.
- Instructors reserve the right to excuse any dogs from practice.
- Please be on time to avoid interrupting practice.
- To avoid confusion to your dog, and CDOG staff, only one handler is permitted per dog. If problems arise please contact your instructor.
- Unnecessary physical abuse of your dog will not be permitted. If you need help, ASK!
- You are responsible for bringing water for you own dog.
- No more than one dog per handler without a crate.
- Standard training equipment for all CDOG training activities include:
- Plain buckle collar, limited slip collar, head halter, or front lead harness
- 6' leather, cotton, or nylon leash in good condition
