The large amount of Circle K International districts require a board and organization to manage such districts and the non-proift organization itself. Hence why the Circle K International organization exists. Circle K International is led by an international president and not governor. The international board holds positions such as vice president and trustees. The international trustees work similar to the district lieutenant governors. The international trustees act as liasons between the district governors and the international board. Each international trustee is assigned a division of districts not of which they belong. Full-time working staff named administrators support the board and enable the organization to exist throughout the many international president terms. Plus, as Circle K International is both international and an actual non-profit organization, many legal requirements must be completed. These administrators work to ensure all these requirements are complete. Circle K International does an incredible amount of work of which cannot be summarized in this short paragraph.
