Google Video Search

So, we've seen Google News and Google Scholar. Now comes Google Video Search. What do you all think are the implications of this new search tool?

While my comment might not directly relate to the implications of THIS tool, I think it applies to the status of information in the digital age. As more information becomes available, it becomes harder and harder to find what we want. Information gets "lost" in the boundless electronic library.

Example: during last Sunday's NFL playoff game, a fan ran on the field. A security guard chased him down and probably laid the best hit of the game, blasting the fan with a perfect tackle. It was hysterical. Yet, due to network policy, they could not show any replays of the event (they do not want to negatively reinforce this kind of fan behavior). So I searched for the clip on the video Google search. And I searched. And I searched.

I know it is out there, but try to find it! It makes me wonder how much information I cannot find.
