It is the duty of the Chapter Development Commitee to improve the retention of underrepresented students enrolled in the STEM fields by providing counseling, financial assistance, and opportunites for members to increase their quality and skills as professionals. It is also their responsibility to recruit and retain membership within Purdue MAES.
