Visa Instructions


If you need a visa letter, please fill out the REGISTRATION FORM on the registration page and do the following:

Once the Indian participants have applied for their visa and receipted an interview date, they can share this information with the U.S. Embassy and NSF so that we might try to get their interview date moved up. They should do so via an email that might have the following contents:


Contents of Letter to Embassy


1.	Name (First Last) as it appears on your passport
2.	Title (e.g., Professor, PhD student)
3.	Organization (e.g., Indian Institute of Technology Bombay)
4.	Technology Innovation Hub associated with:
    o	TIH-IIT-BHU-Varanasi-IDAPT
    o	TIH-IIT-Bombay-IoT-IoE
    o	TIH-IIT-Delhi-IHFC 
    o	TIH-IIT-Jodhpur-iHub-Drishti                CHOOSE ONE OR MORE
    o	TIH-IIT-Madras-Pravartak
    o	TIH-ISI-Kolkata-IDEAS
5.	Passport number
6.	Email address
