The members of our lab have expertise in a variety of research methods with a focus on quantitative, psychological research methods. We take a research team approach--research teams are formed around specific research ideas and projects and typically comprise faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate research assistants. We collaborate with a number of colleagues on campus (e.g., in psychological science and engineering) and beyond (e.g., with scientists at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin, Germany). We have had undergraduate research assistants joining us for one or several semesters with a great variety of backgrounds and majors (e.g., in communication, psychology, animal sciences, engineering, and computer science).
